How It Works
No upfront costs! No subscriptions! Just a simple pay as you use system.
We get you set up quickly and keep your downtime to a minimum.
Below lists the stages to get you started.

Firstly we take your company details and get you registered onto our system.
We then arrange to get you sent out the vehicle communication interface and required cables - completely free of charge.
Once you receive this, we will send you a link to some programs you'll need to install onto a laptop which will then be hard wired into your internet connection.
We then finally test the connection, lock the serial numbers and you're all set up.
When you need our services, give us a call and we will book you in as soon as we can, usually within the next 24hrs but sometimes may be able to offer even sooner.
We then ask you to plug into the vehicle, laptop and internet. Open the laptop and allow us to dial into it. Once we are connected you can leave us to it. We may occasionally need someone with the vehicle to cycle ignition or move the steering wheel etc, so its a good idea to stay close to the vehicle but we will call you when we need this human input and talk you through what we need.

Once everything is complete we run a final fault scan, ask you to check vehicle operation and then gather all reports and evidence for submission to the work provider. We email you whatever documents you need and store all reports for 90 days.

A windows based laptop which can be positioned inside the vehicle whilst also being plugged into your internet connection via an internet cable.

A good battery charger is highly recommended. Although not crucial, providing the battery is in good health.
